Children from lesser-privileged sections of society are often clueless about the career options available to them. Moreover, inadequate awareness and guidance impede the process of realising their dreams and true potential. BHUMI recognises the important role career guidance can play in shaping the lives of these young minds of future India.

How

BHUMI creates awareness for students about the abundant opportunities available to them and makes them feel comfortable with their individual potentials by highlighting their strengths. As a result, these students get tremendous self-confidence, which spurs them to pursue their dreams with a belief that they can attain their goals. BHUMI works with experts in various fields to bring information through simple presentations and events to children of classes 9 - 12. These include details on career paths, skills required, courses, educational institutions, and scholarships.

Methodologies adopted include psychometric tests, SWOT analysis and personalised mentoring.
